Vogel-Hemer GmbH specializes in electrical and mechanical engineering. When building its new facility near Dortmund, Germany, the company entrusted Hänel with the installation of a Multi-Space® archiving and storage system measuring 25 meters in height. The integrated system, which features six retrieval points on five floors, is used to store documents and supplies.

Management and administrative staff on the upper floors have direct access to all files and office materials thanks to the multiple access points. Central storage saves valuable office space, and employees do not have to walk long distances searching for documents.

Intelligent Hänel storage management, in combination with the system controller, ensures that specific documents are quickly transported to the specified retrieval point. Fast access saves time and makes retrieval easy. What's more, the storage management application constantly updates the inventory status report. Supplies can thus be ordered in due time, before inventory levels are depleted.

Direct access in several departments and perfect integration in the building infrastructure make the Hänel Multi-Space® a convincing high-tech solution for modern office environments.
