Hänel industrial storage systems right in the production hall
The storage solutions at Eberlein demonstrate the versatility of the Hänel industrial storage carousels very well. Two Rotomat® industrial carousels stand in the assembly hall and are used to store components that can be fed directly to the assembly process.
Two Hänel Lean-Lifts® are installed in the production hall. Extremely heavy tools weighing up to 1,984.17 lbs are stored here and are retrieved with a hoist when needed.
At the heart of the buffer store is a Hänel Multi-Space® system. Standard parts, customized parts and assembly components are kept here. Its proximity to the production machines means that the required parts can be provisioned quickly.
The Multi-Space® is the ideal solution, as the focus is on maximum utilization of floor space.
With only one access point and three storage units, it ensures that optimal use is made of the storage area.
